Package Processing Time:

After receiving your order, we will process it within 24 hours. If the ordered product is a customized or handmade item, the production time is typically 2 days. We will contact you to confirm the shipping time of your order.

If you want to modify the size or other requirements of a customized or handmade product, please send an email to pr@sansasjewelry.com within 48 hours after placing the order. If modifications are not communicated in time for customized or handmade products, changes, returns, or refunds will not be accepted after shipment.

Delivery range:

We Ship Worldwide. If there is an order that cannot be delivered, we will notify you and refund in the first instance. If you place an abnormal order, please contact our customer service team (pr@sansasjewelry.com) in time, we will be the first time to serve you.

Standard Shipping:

Americas/Europe: 10–20 business days from regional hub dispatch.
Asia/Oceania: 8–16 business days.
Expedited Shipping: For an additional $7, enjoy priority service (available in 90% of regions) with delivery within 5–8 days.
